We are writing to express our thanks for all the smooth transactions performed from our 7 hotel rooms booking to the wedding banquet day as well as the nice floral arrangements in our bridal suite and the lovely food – PA Singapore.

Many thanks and kudos to Kevin, who was amazing. Kevin was always responsive to our emails and made time to answer our questions and gave us good advice. For example, we picked the shower gel and photo coaster for our favours, he suggested that we can take the coasters home to insert our own pictures, which we did. And when he heard that we wanted to take photos in Kinokuniya and hotel premises, he went the extra mile to get permission from the store manager on our behalf. Also, when we were not sure of the audio-visual arrangements, he even arranged for us to meet the audio-visual manager to help us understand how the projector and sound system works. On the wedding day itself, he was there to ensure that everything run smoothly. We are indeed grateful for his service in helping us planned the wedding event. – LT Singapore

Your banquet manager Liz was also top-class and our wedding banquet went very well without a hitch. The dinner went very smoothly, starting at 8.20pm and ending by 10.45pm. Both the function room for the solemnization and the ballroom were beautifully decorated and very romantic feeling. Liz was very professional and found out what we needed and everything was set up exactly as we asked for. She also went the extra mile to help us prepare our requirements for the tea ceremony and also provide cues to help us get ready for toasting on stage. – LT Singapore

Throughout the wedding, she was of great assistance to us (the emcees) as well as the couple. She made special arrangements to ensure a quick 3rd gown change for the bride, and even helped the bride to carry her other gowns to the suite after the dinner celebration. – AT Singapore
